As a college application coach, my goal is to guide students and families through the full admissions process with clarity, strategy, and confidence. Here’s what’s included:

Personalized Guidance

Interview prep for alumni or admissions interviews in order to feel calm and confident while answering questions. Mindset and emotional support to manage stress, imposter syndrome, and decision fatigue. Help making a final decision.

Writing Support

Together, the student and I will:
  • Build a strong, standout activities list that highlights their achievements and leadership
  • Create a professional, customized resume for applications, scholarships, and interviews
  • Brainstorm, draft, and revise a stand-out Common App personal statement
  • Provide full support for supplemental essays, including strategy, drafting, and feedback
  • Work on additional pieces like honors college applications, scholarship essays, and letters of continued interest, as needed

Application Support

From start to submit, I’ll walk the student through every component of the application process, including their high school’s submission system, the Common App, and individual college portals. I ensure all applications are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.

I do not offer support with standardized test prep or financial aid applications. I also cannot guarantee admission to any college or university.

Investment

Your investment includes: unlimited colleges, essays and other written pieces, virtual meetings, and phone calls.

The payment schedule is as follows: $2,000 deposit due at contract signing, 50% of the remaining balance due August 1, and final balance due November 1.

Upon booking, we’ll sign a contract and schedule an introductory virtual meeting. The contract remains in effect through the entire college admissions cycle—until the student has received decisions from all schools.

What’s the difference between essay coaching and application coaching?

Essay coaching focuses solely on the writing. Application coaching covers the entire process from A to Z, so it’s best for families who want a high-touch, full-service experience with expert guidance every step of the way.

What’s the college application coaching timeline?

From building a strategic college list all the way through when you hear back from colleges. You’ll have ongoing support through the entire process, which translates into a few meetings a week for roughly 4-5 months.


Do you help with Common App and other platforms?

Yes! I help students navigate Naviance, the Common App, the UC App, the Coalition App, and individual college portals.

How early should we start college coaching?

Starting junior year or junior summer is ideal, but I also support seniors with condensed timelines. I tailor everything to your process.

Can parents be involved?

Definitely. I keep parents informed after every session and am open and available to conversations beyond that as well. I want this to be collaborative, supportive, and low-stress for everyone.

Do you offer packages or hourly sessions?
